The Classic Startup prank...
In the startup folder drop in a text file containing any message that could irritate your friend.
Don't forget to add his nick names....Now every time the system boots up the text file will show up.
You can add B'Day Wishes, or greetings message etc., if you intentions are not evil enough.....
Alternatively you can add a shortcut to restart.exe but this would get you in serious trouble.....
