Open resourse hacker->File->Open->C:/windows/explorer.exe

(Before you edit you need to backup . Dont worry the program copies the original final in the same location with different name.But to be on the safer side copy the file  to a desired location.)

String table->37->1033->in the line 578 type your name as in image in place of start

String table->38->1033->in the line 595 type your name as in image in place of start

Now restart your computer....
