Open resourse hacker->File->Open->C:/windows/explorer.exe

(Before you edit you need to backup . Dont worry the program copies the original final in the same location with different name.But to be on the safer side copy the file to a desired location.)

String table->515->1033->in the line 8226 type your name as in image in place of all programs




Now restart your computer....
